One of our traditions is to make my mom's homemade sugar cookies with cream cheese frosting.
I let the kids roll the dough out
on my fantastic Roul 'Pat Pastry Mat.
If you bake, you must own one.
The dough rolls out perfectly, doesn't stick and the mat is easy to clean.
Then the kids take turns with the cookie cutters
and usually sometime the next day, we frost them and sprinkle them with green and red sugar.
Then we put them in tins and drive around
delivering them to our friends.
This year we found one friend in the middle of making a Yule Log, others already in their pjs watching a movie, one doing aerobics in her bedroom.
It is fun sometimes to drop in with a gift and just say
Is there anything you make and deliver as a Christmas tradition?
