Here is my Little Bear again, my three month old.
When he was born, a friend gave us this little bath robe as a gift.
I hadn't used it yet because the size was 9 months.
I looked at it the other night and thought I had better use it soon
or he'll be too big for it.
So we tried it out after bath time.
I have to say I don't really get it.
First, it was hard to get on him because it took a while to even get his hands out through the holes.
Then, it doesn't really cover him.
I mean, not to be graphic, but without that diaper on there, it just doesn't cover much.
Plus, what's he gonna do in his bath robe?
Walk around the house like a little Hugh Hefner?
So, for practicalities sake, this was the first and last time he'll wear it.
But, he sure looks cute!

I totally agree, not very practical, but really cute!
He is adorable!! Looking at his smile and his 'revealing' bathrobe almost makes me want another baby. Life is always good with a baby in the house.
If we only had a nickle for every impracticle baby gift ... I mean it - if only! We could begin a college fund.
No, not practical, But Oh SOOOOO cute!!
Oh honey he looks like he should be in a commercial. His smile is so infectious. You can use that picture someday when he gets married!
Oh my goodness he is a gorgeous baby! So cuddly in his little towel thingie!
Thanks for visiting and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Stopping by from SITS to share the blog ♥ !
Have a great Saturday!
Baby bathrobes seem to be such a popular shower gift- but no one I know (myself included) ever seems to get around to using them. Good for you for breaking it out and giving it a shot! Practical? NO!; Picture-worthy? Ab.so.lutely!
Yup, they aren't practical. But too cute.
ha ha he's cute in his bathrobe! So thats probably all he should do in it, pose for a picture!
I laughed out loud, because I was answering your question in my head, about what he was going to do in it the exact same way you answered it for yourself!!
Too cute!
I am the same way. By baby number three if it is not practical or easy, it is not needed ;)
Have a great day!

I'm pretty sure every mom ends up with a baby robe at a shower, at some point. I always had the same instinct - HAD to put it on at least once. It's cute, I guess, but do little babies really need help in that department in the first place??
