Happy Independence Day!

I hope you have a very happy, hot dog and hamburger eating, watermelon munching,
illegal sparkler twirling, safety inspired, friend and family enjoying, barbecue smelling, firework watching
4th of JULY!

If by chance you are in charge of dessert at a potluck and don't know what to bring, just remember the good ole Cool Whip cake easily decorated with fruit for a very festive and tasty presentation.

And its tasty too! (I love Lucy so I just haaaad to add that!)

As for me, we are off to the baseball field  at 6:30am for Jackie Boy's tournament games at these cool fields called Big League Dreams. They are little replicas of the Big League Fields. We played two games there today and got slaughtered by these men who were impersonating 8 year olds. Seriously, a few of these kids were as tall as Mr. Baseball himself and were throwing some crazy pitches. I am afraid we are due another spanking in the morning. On a positive note, they have air conditioning in a restaurant with windows overlooking the games.

But, in case you didn't hear me above, WE ARE LEAVING TO DRIVE THERE AT 6:30am! Yes, feel very, very sorry for me. I want your pity.
