Toots is Six!

Another birthday today!
We have tons of cake.
Come over, have a slice or two.

This is the one I feel like was just born.
Well, he and Little Bear.
To be cliche- time just does fly and when you have little ones,
the time going by is like life on fast forward before your eyes.

This is Toots as a newborn.
Oh, I want to kiss those little newborn lips again and breath deep of that newborn smell.

Here are his brothers welcoming him to our still under construction home.

Flying high at ten months in this one.
One of the very best ages I think.

He has started walking here as is evidenced by that lovely gash on his nose.
But, I just love his eyes.

At three, he is a scarecrow for Halloween.
My sister made this costume.
This is the age I feel like he should be.
But, he isn't.
He is twice that.

And still just as cute.

This is my big, tough guy who can tackle boys Luke's age and hit a ball to the outfield.
But, he is also the one who will knock you down with a hug because he just has so much love to give.

Happy Birthday to your adorable son... Great pictures... My oldest started high school this year - I feel as if she should still be in elementary.. they do grow up so very fast... We need to hold on tight and love love love.

Thank you for sharing

I love the scarecrow costume. Your sister did a great job on it. I don't know why 6 is such a hard age to accept. I was sad when all of mine turned 6. Maybe because 5 is still little but 6 is definitely no longer a baby.
