My Breakfast

Photobucket

After my nearly week long posts of deep thinking, priorities and reflection, I thought I should talk about something less deep- Fooooooood!

So, this morning I want to share with you what I have been eating for breakfast.
Some of you may remember that I went on the Flat Belly Diet in mid-January.
I have since lost 18 pounds.
When I began it, there were many choices for breakfast in the book.
This was one of my favorites and now I have been eating it for months every day.

Seriously- doesn't it look like dessert?
But, it is yummy and oh sooo healthy.

Here are the goods-

1 and a half cups Kashi Whole grain puffs
6 oz. Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped almonds
Fruit- you can add some slices of banana and apples like I have here or a half a cup of seedless red grapes or a tablespoon of raisins.

Enjoy!

Hot dang Brig that looks good! I made need to go scavenge around the pantry and see what I can throw together. Love that kind of stuff.

So very proud of you. That is my kind of breakfast. I'm going to do a foodie post soon. I get lots of questions about eating clean. That was a perfect example...yummy:)

Mmmm, my kinda breakfast! I'll have to try kashi puffs again...I tried them once and they seemed to get all mushy, but maybe I was interrupted while attempting to eat...maybe if I could eat them in a timely manner I'd be better off :)
